The hotel is located about 300 yards from the cliff and lift to the beach and near several bars and restaurants. There is a car park although the spaces are tight and limited.The room was comfortable and clean although tissues were not replaced,The balcony door would not open when we arrived, it was eventually usable but broken.The bar area was comfortable however the common areas were tired and could do with a makeover. Breakfast was good and plentiful albeit that a wedding party on our first morning continually emptied the platters as soon as they were brought from the kitchen, it appeared they were making sandwiches for their return journey. A service charge was added to the bar bill even though there was no service and, as is usual, in UK bars we had to go to the bar to get drinks, when we queried this the charge was removed.

The room was a lovely size lovely and clean, the shower was good, it was lovely to have a balcony, I liked the button service to book a taxi at reception , the taxi service was amazing The staff were lovely, very helpful when needed, The what's app chat is a really good way to communicate with the staff especially when there's no one around, and I really liked that you could also tx the hotel to book you a taxi to pick you up and bring you back to the hotel, and tx if you required daily room service or needed anything extra or not, the choices for breakfast was very good a nice range, lovely staff very helpful and smiley ,it was a peaceful stay ☺️

Very comfy and quiet room. Great staff food from the Restaurant was a very good standard. Breakfast was a good standard with very little queuing for your table and Tea and Coffee boughtbto your table straight away which compared to other hotels is unique. Great location with good local facilities within walking distance. Spa was a good standard.

Friendly & attentive staff, efficient & professional service & willing to go above & beyond. Fantastic 3 course dinners in the beautiful brasserie on a half board stay. Never felt rushed. Great that there's a separate breakfast room too & both have access & seating to the lovely, well kept outside gardens. Great location, both to town & the beach.

Gavenas

All staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant for dinner was excellent. We booked massages in the spa, which were so good, and nice to have a heated pool which wasn’t too packed. Only a 10-15 min walk to the main shops, as it was lovely to see the Christmas market and winter garden light display.
